We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept your return within 15 days from the date of receipt. A refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs, will be issued provided the returned merchandise is in its original, resalable condition and the Packing Slip is included with the return.

Soft Chomp is a personal hygiene product, and we cannot accept returns on opened and used products.

We do not refund or replace lost product due to an incorrect address.

Please contact us and include your name, order number and reason for return and we will get back to you with further instructions.

Returns should be shipped through a traceable method such as UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post. Please be sure to keep the Return Tracking Number until you receive your refund.

If you received a wrong or defective item, please contact us for further instructions. Please include your order # information and note the error or specific defects.
